Facebook Ad Cost

Here you can see the cost of your Facebook Campaigns. The “Ad Name” refers to the individual ads you have in your Facebook Business Account. In this chart we include measurements like CPM (Cost Per Thousand), CPC (Cost Per Click), CTR (Click Through Rate) and Cost Per Unique Click. 

Facebook Ad Stats

The main statistics we look at are Impressions, Clicks, and over all cost. This information is directly tied to you Facebook Business Account.

Adwords Costs

On this table you will see a simplified version of the Adword dashboard. The columns listed are Adwords Ad group, Impressions, Clicks, and Cost. 

Adwords Stats

This table also includes simplified information from Adwords. Here, you will see stats from your ad campaigns such as CPM, CPC, CTR, and Cost Per Conversion.

Users

This chart shows the number of users your site had on a given day. There are two lines, one depicts total users and one depicts new users. We use cookies to identify which users are new and which are returning.

Sessions

These numbers refer to the amount of sessions on your site on a given day. A session is when a user spends time on multiple pages of your site. A Bounce is when a user comes to your site and quickly leaves.

Event Tracking Category

This table shows the types of events we are tracking, as well as the number of each event. Depending on your website these events may be different. Common events include Vimeo, Forms, and Videos. 

Event Tracking Actions

The contents of this table also vary depending on your site. They are customized to your site and your KPI’s. Common tracking actions include Plays, 25% watched, 50% watched, and 75% watched.

Users

This chart shows the number of users your site had on a given day. There are two lines, one depicts total users and one depicts new users. We use cookies to identify which users are new and which are returning.

Traffic by Campaign

This pie chart shows which campaigns have produced the most traffic. This makes it easy to identify which campaigns are performing over others.

Traffic by Source

This chart shows the numbers of visitors to your site from different traffic sources. Common traffic sources are Direct (Where the visitor types in your URL directly), Google, and Facebook. 

Traffic by Google Ads

This chart shows the amount of users who come in from Google Ads. This is broken down by ad in order to identify which ad is performing better.

Traffic by Social Network

Each bar represents a different Social Media Network such as Twitter or Facebook. This helps you identify which platform is being best utilized for your product.

Page Views

Page View refers to the amount of pages a visitor views in a session. If a visitor visits a page twice it will be counted as two page views. If a visitor views a page once in a session, it will be counted as a Unique Page View.

Time on Page (Seconds)

The Average Time on Page is shown in seconds. Average Time on Page helps measure user interaction and ‘Stickiness.”

Clicks

This graph shows how many people clicked on your ads. This includes all ads from multiple campaigns and platforms such as Facebook or Google.

Impressions

This graph shows the number of impressions you have had on your ads. An Impression is when someone views your ad, but doesn’t click. This number is influenced by all your ads from multiple campaigns and platforms.

Cost / Cost per Thousand Impressions

Here you will see the cost of your ads as well as the CPM (Cost Per Thousand) of all your ad campaigns.

Cost per Click

This is the average CPC on all your ads from multiple campaigns and platforms.

Audience Age Bracket

This pie graph shows you the age brackets of those viewing your ads. This helps you optimize your page for your audience, as well as fine tuning your ads.

Audience Gender

This pie graph shows you the ratios of Males vs. Females viewing your ads. This helps you optimize your website and fine tune your ads.

Audience City

This chart shows you the cities your users are in, as well as the number of users there. This can help you better understand your audience, as well as ensure you are marketing in the right areas.

Campaign Summary

Here you will see a brief summary of your active campaigns in both Google and Facebook. Please note you must have active campaigns or this box will be empty.

Social Stats

See social sites your visitors are coming from, along with which social pages you have added.

Traffic by Social Site

This graph measures the amount of users coming in from multiple Social Media Platforms. This helps you to identify where your target audience is, what platforms are working for you the best, and which platforms to work on.

Social Summary

Here you will see links to all the Social Media Profiles you have set up. Having them in one spot makes it easier to stay organized and aware of your Social Media Presence.

Media Stats

Track media file size, usage and limits, and engagements for video.

Charts

Media Usage

Shows a pie chart of your current usage and remaining available space for media files. Does not include video. Limits are set in the billing plan for your account.

Video Usage

Shows a pie chart of your current usage and remaining available space for video files. Limits are set in the billing plan for your account.

Media Size

Lists all media for the Project with file size. You can sort by size to view which files are taking up the most space.

Video Size

Lists all videos for the Project with file size.

Video Engagement Summary

View stats for your videos including:

  • Average Engagement: average percentage of the video viewers watch.
  • Lifetime Total Plays: number of times the video has been played since it was uploaded.
  • Llifetime Play Rate: Percentage of people who played the video when they saw it.

Note: If you have your own Facebook Ad Account you will need to grant Push360 access to manage the ad account. Contact support@push360 for assistance.

Google Analytics

Follow these steps to connect your Google Analytics account:

  1. Add the following user to the account with Read & Analyze permissions:  analytics-push360@service-account-202816.iam.gserviceaccount.com
  2. Copy the View ID you'd like to connect with from the View Settings
  3. Enter the View ID into the Google Analytics ID box and select the save icon.
