About the Client

Vision Quest's Dr. Jacob Mong is an Idaho native who attended a local university before serving the Idaho National Guard in Iraq. After returning home he completed medical school in Michigan and served his residency in the suburbs of Detroit. He's repaired some of the most complex ocular and facial trauma as well as rare ophthalmic manifestations of diseases not seen in most parts of the developed world.

No Place Like Home

Dr. Mong spent years properly honing his surgical skills in areas of North America, South America and Asia. However, despite his travels he yearned to return to Idaho. Once he felt he could make a significant contribution to the community, he returned and opened Vision Quest Medical Center with a mission to properly serve the optical needs of his friends and neighbors.

Our goal was to broadcast his mission to as many as possible.

Taking a Brand

Our first step was to create a brand that matched the professional yet friendly character of Dr. Mong as his team. We updated the existing website to exhibit his confidence and capability to treat Cataracts and Glaucomas in Boise and the surrounding area. We carried the new designs through to social media and printed content as well, completely reinventing the face of the company.

Marketing

Funneling Leads to Create Highly Valuable Potential Clients

Digital Ads

We started with ads on Google and Social Media that we knew would deliver the results we were looking for.
We clearly identified our audience before A/B testing our ads to see which preformed better. 

Digital Billboards

Our next step was local awareness. We created digital billboard designs highlighting the clinic and ran it in key places within the geographical area Dr. Mong and his team serve. This quickly got the message to thousands of people.

Quality Video

We realized that a lot of patients who were looking into Cataract or Glaucoma surgery had similar questions. To address this, we created a video series of Dr. Mong addressing common concerns. This boosted his credibility as well as improved his SEO

The Results

In one year we were able to establish Vision Quest Medical Center as a reputable solution to optical concerns for anyone in the Boise area. Our partnership is ongoing as our numbers continue to grow.
