Filter and Sort
Use the filters at the top of the Media Library to sort by: Recent, Ascending, Descending, Image, Video, Document, or Audio. Use the search to look for a specific file.
Grid View
List View
View your library in a list view which shows small thumbnails for each item along with the file name. This view fits many more items on the screen at once.
Using Media
Access direct links for files: send in emails, embed in websites, share on social sites, and more.
Open Media
Open the selected item in a larger window for viewing and copying.
Copy Media URL
Automatically copy the file's URL to your clipboard. For most file types the URL will be a direct link. For video this will be an embed code.
Delete File
Remove the file from your library.

File Types
The following file types can be uploaded:
- Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp
- Videos: .mp4, .mov, .flv, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg
- Audio: .wav, .mp3, .3pg, .wma
- Docs: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .txt
File Size
Files must not exceed 500MB.
