Executives of small and medium sized business are looking for a single "Einstein solution" for all the marketing needs, but it's not realistic.

Say “Good bye” to slow non-effective linear design and marketing.
Gone are the days of counting on a single resource (HR) to be the silver bullet of marketing. Its an expensive experience that is unsuccessful over and over again. We meet with small and medium sized companies that want to find that brilliant individual that knows it all, has all the answers, knows all the technology that go away and perform miracles for the company revenue line. The company executives are hoping they can just get a simple, high level report that clearly shows the ROI.
After a few payrolls and scheduled meetings with the marketing savior, the company makes the decision to let that marketing expert go. Done.
We see this repeating in companies that want the ultimate answer in a single source - linear - daily solution, but it doesn’t really exist.
Think of a set of stairs going up, one after another, each step would represent about 8 hours of time and what ever tasks need to be stuffed into each stair or day to hit an expected delivery date showing progress and results. This is a linear process and it is not the solution for a marketing and or business strategy. The cost is enticing during the first couple of months until the executives start looking at the numbers.
It would take this individual a year to show real progress, but should this person leave so does the workflow and expertise.
Now, think of a team members placed in each area of marketing such as :
- Design
- Messaging
- Photo licensing
- Automated forms
- Database development
- Email campaigns
- Ecommerce
- Mobile
- Advertising with Google , Facebook , Linked in, Angies list, Bing
- Customer Review Systems and communications
- Video
- Customer Testimonials
- Product introductions
- Physical signage, trade show and digital billboards
- Email notifications
- SMS notifications
- Social integration and redundant postings in Google, Facebook, and others
- Task assignments and collaboration
- Testing / QC and Quality assurance
- Cost control management
- Trouble shooting
- Reporting
- Report Automations
A full team of experts are required to report on itemized tasks with progress of each event that is part of the 90 day progress report.
Now tasks are known ahead of time in a real-time collaborative system that is a game changer.
