Manage Companies and Admins

Managing Companies

Here you can add and remove companies and admins.

Filters

Use the filters at the top of the Companies list to sort by creation date, ascending, or descending. Use the search to find a specific company.

Add New Company

If you don't see the Add New Company box on the right side of the screen, press the +New button. In the Add New Company box:
  1. Enter the Owner information for the company
  2. Enter the Billing information for the company
  3. Click the Create button.

Edit Company

Click on the Company you'd like to change, then select the pencil icon. You can edit the Company owner information and billing information. You can also Delete the Company. Deleting the Company will put the Company in a paused state which can be reverted. When Deleting or Recovering a Company an email will be sent out to all Company Admins and the Company Owner notifying them of the status change. 

Manage Admins

Cilck on the Company you'd like to access then select the Admins icon. Use the Invite Admin box to add Company Admins. 


Add Admin

  1. Enter the email for the user you'd like to invite.
  2. Optionally enter their Skype address - this allows you to communicate with them via the Skype tool.
  3. Click Add More if you'd like to invite more than one user.
  4. Optionally enter a message for delivery within the invitation email.

Remove Admin

To remove an Admin from the Company simply press the X icon next to their name within the Current Admins box.


Admin Rights

Company Admins are able to:

  • Add or Delete Projects in the Company
  • Add and remove Project Users
  • Edit User Roles and User Information
  • Access all Project tools
